Welcome

My work defies constraints, falls into the categories of abstract expressionism, and impressionism, is made luminous with layers of shades of the same hue creating rich and evocative textures or is applied as sheer as air. Based on nature, the cosmos and love of color and spontaneity,  I use my photography,  travel experiences,  love of fiction and cinema, and my practice with gardening and landscaping.  I work both inside my Milwaukee studio and out in the world.

I create timeless pieces with a sense of place, which inspire the viewer to engage using their own history and imagination.

My work can be viewed by appointment and is on display in my east side Milwaukee home, which I have recently set up as a private gallery.  Prices can be obtained in advance by emailing me, generally they range from350.00 for small works up to 3800.00 for larger work, with some exceptions.
